Digestive Problems

Almost everyone face with some digestive problems during his/her life. Why? I think, the main cause is our improper daily diet. So it is mostly our fault. Moreover, while we have certain digestive problems, we take it not seriously for a long time period. Only after a long period, we realize that we have severe disorders with the entire digestive system.

The National Center for Health Statistics estimates that digestive problems and diseases originated from them have affected more than 65 to 75 million people in America only in 2000. The terrible fact is that 32000 deaths in 2004 were due to various digestive disorders and diseases. For example, 900 of those 32000 deaths occurred because of chrome's and ulcerative colitis, which are digestive problems know as bowel disorders.

After having read that figures, I hope you realize what serious results digestive problems can cause if not timely eliminated. Then how to avoid or get rid of all these digestive disorders and diseases?

One should take into account the following 2 main options:
1. Proper diet
2. Calm lifestyle without any stress, anxiety or depression.

The most common type of digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, is usually caused by unhealthy ration. Especially, you should avoid specific foods rich in lactose (dairy products) and gluten (found in wheat, barley and rye) that lead to various IBS symptoms from constipation to diarrhea for many people.

As for the second cause of digestive problems, stress can also lead to digestive disorders. So try to live your life with less stress or anxiety. I understand you, it is not always easy to live without any stress, but it is possible to relieve or even to eliminate it thanks yoga. Physical yoga as well as meditations is the best solution in this case.

Today gas and constipation are also most common digestive disorders found in many people.

GAS - Gas disorders are usually typical when you change your diet, especially if you add to your ration lots of fiber rich food items. It can lead to an increase in intestinal gas in the colon. So try to change your diet gradually so that you avoid any possible disorders in your digestive system. You’d better to consult a doctor.

CONSTIPATION - If you do not drink enough fluid (water, natural fruit juices, etc.) or eat less fiber, then the stool is gradually accumulated in the colon turning into hard stones. As a result, you experience constipation problems. So you’d better to avoid foods made with flour, instead consume lots of fruit, vegetables, and drink enough water on daily basis. If this does not help you, go to a doctor and follow his/her recommendations.
